'Hello and welcome!

A little bit about me...

My name is Steph and I'm the Founder and lead facilitator of the transformational holistic retreats we host here at Youretreats. I am a Holistic Councellor, reiki healer and yoga teacher and get so much internal peace being of service to others, whether that's working one-on-one, or through a group setting like one of our retreats.

After a personal history of drug addiction, alcohol and gambling addiction, eating disorders, mental health issues, domestic violence, sexual/ psychological/ physical and emotional abuse... , I hit rock bottom over 4 years ago and needed to completely transform my life, my behaviors and my entire way of thinking. 

I'd lost everything in the world which I thought made me, me (house, business, marriage, friends, family connection, money... SANITY) and I needed to start life all over again at the age of 35. So I did. 

Best thing that ever happened to me, mind you :)

In doing so my love of holistic healing and my desire to assist people in their own struggles came to life.

Aside from the 'struggle story', I'm also a chef by trade, reiki master, yoga teacher, international wedding photographer, mother of 3 beautiful children, and entraprenuer. I have a thirst for knowledge and keep my mind, body and soul active and engaged through people and new infomation. 

I've spent years now honing my skills, working on myself and becoming certified so that my life experiences become my greatest asset, rather than something that keeps me a victim. I LOVE working with others to assist them in finding their own power within, to teach them how to heal themselves and to guide them through the jjourney.

Working with me is holistic, empowering, transformational and dare I say it- COMPLETELY LIFECHANGING! I care, because I've been there.

Further to that, after participating in many group settings myself (rehabs, addiction treatment facilities, health retreats, wellness retreats, workshops and circles to name a few) I've become familiar with the power of connecting with people searching for the same thing that you are. When groups of people come together who are searching for the same outcomes, experiencing the same feelings and struggles and who where they get an opportunity to share, be seen and heard and HELD, magic happens- I promise you! 

My guarantee to you is to create truly safe, authentic and holistic experiences to truly help you make change in your life for you to be the best version of YOU, whatever that looks like.
